From the Dzogpa Chenpo Self-Arisen Three Bodies of Enlightenment, for those who wish to thoroughly practice the yoga of the channels, winds, and spheres, is a brief composition of the meaning connected to the words that are chanted.

In the beginning, Dispelling the Six Categories of Obstructing Forces.

Hung! Here in this mandala of the Buddha’s appearances.

Even the term “obstructing forces” does not exist.

All types of lack of realization, dualistic grasping at delusion.

All disappear into the primordial expanse.

SO A PHAT PHA

Go to Refuge in the Natural State.

In the empty essence, Bönku, the Body of Reality.

In the luminous nature, Dzogku, the Perfection Body.

In the non-duality of manifesting capacity and appearances, Tülku, the Emanation

In the expanse of self-awareness, I go for refuge.

Generating the Mind of Enlightenment

This pure immeasurable realm of appearance and existence.

Is primordially equal with Kuntu Zangpo, the pervasive expanse.

I generate the supreme mind of the great primordial liberation.

May I liberate infinite sentient beings.

Fourth is the Mandala Offering.

The vessel of the three channels and the five chakras.

Arranged with the clusters of light of the five winds.

Along with the adornments of the sixteen thigle spheres.

I offer my body as the realm of the Buddhas.

Fifth is the Prayer to the Lamas of the Lineages of Mind, Symbols, and Hearing.

È Ma Ho! Bön ying trö drel gyuntrül röl pé zhing

E Ma Ho! In the unelaborated space of the nature of reality, the realm of the display of magical emanations.

Is the primordial teacher Kuntu Zangpo and so forth.

I pray to all the lamas of the Mind Transmission.

Bless me that I may realize the Single Sphere.

Within the expanse of a dense matrix of light rays.

Is the lord of secret, Tagla Mebar and so forth.

I pray to all of the lamas of the Symbolic Transmission.

Bless me that deluded appearances arise as primordial wisdom.

From a pure realm emerge emanations beyond comprehension.

Is the powerful wondrous emanation Yeshe Lama and so forth.

I pray to the Lamas of the Hearing Transmission.

Bless me to realize the indivisibility of space and appearances.

Within a celestial palace encompassed by the light of the radiance of primordial wisdom.

Is the chief awareness holder Tong gyung Thuchen and so forth.

I pray to the language translators, the Transmission of Translators.

Bless me that the appearances of luminosity increase.

Within all that appears and exists, at the supreme realm of the Great Seal.

Is the single friend of five-hundred, Drenpa Namkha and so forth.

I pray to the lamas who have attained liberation.

Bless me to reach the level of the exhaustion of the four visions.

Within a mandala of a blazing mass of flames of primordial wisdom,

Is the protector of the teachings of the Buddha, Yeshe Walmo and so forth.

I pray to all the Bön protectors and treasure lords.

Bless me that obstacles on the path are pacified.

In a palace with hundreds of open doors of profound treasures.

Is the lord of the teachings Shenchen Luga and so forth.

I pray to all of those who illuminate the door of Bön.

Bless me that the four joys of primordial wisdom blaze.

In the vast expanse of indivisible space and awareness.

The embodiment of knowledge and kindness, Gongdzö Chenpo and forth,

I pray to the Realized Ones and Accomplished Masters

Bless me to arrive at the genuine two stages.

Studying, protecting, and spreading the teachings in a supreme place.

Is the second Buddha Lama Nyamed Sherab Gyaltsen and so forth.

I pray to all the supreme lineage holders.

Bless me to accomplish the great transference rainbow body.

On a sun, moon, and lotus cushion above the crown of my head.

Is the essence of all the Buddhas, my benevolent lama and so forth.

I pray to all those great beings who lead those who wander.

Bless me that the two benefits be spontaneously accomplished.

I strive for enlightenment without concern for body and life.

The blissful heat of the body blazes in a mass of flames.

The speech blazes with the power of mantra.

The realization of primordial wisdom blazes in the mind.

The dissolving into light and gathering the blessing.

Thus, the prayer made to all the lamas who dissolve into light and absorb down the crown of your head and imagine that the empowerments of the Body, Speech, and Mind, and all the blessings are attained.

Then after the prayer, look at the texts and engage in the practice of Tsa Lung according to the specific tradition.

After doing the exercises is the dedication and aspiration.

In order for all sentient beings to attain unsurpassable enlightenment,

Is dedicated within the great blissful space free from the three spheres.
